Our staff members are extensively trained in working with Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias. We aim to support families traveling this path by providing a personalized and customized care plan for each client that honors their wholeness and celebrates who they are, wherever they are in the journey with dementia.
End-Of-Life Care
Windhorse Elder Care was founded with the intention to support end-of-life moments with dignity, tenderness and sacred attention. We would be honored to walk alongside your loved one through the ups and downs that accompany a terminal illness and the dying process.

Activities of Daily Living
Let us support you in maintaining your independence. Windhorse offers non-medical support Activities of Daily Living including personal hygiene and grooming, dressing, eating, transferring, medication reminders, and incontinence support.
Travel/Transportation Support
We offer transportation support, including rides to appointments and shopping, or outings to your favorite places. Our care team can also provide support for travel, including helping with preparations for a trip like travel planning and packing, as well as accompanying clients for travel.
