Celebrating our 25th Anniversary
We are honored and humbled to have been doing this work for a quarter of a century. Here in this beautiful place, our beloved Boulder community, with dear friends old and new by our sides. So many mandalas of healing and love over the years! May we continue to be of service for many years to come. Thank you to each of you who has been a part of this journey. A Letter of Gratitude

Friends of Windhorse Elder Care,
This week marks our 25th anniversary. The path that brought me to this work is long and circuitous. It began with a volunteer stint at a crisis line in high school, and was accelerated by the unexpected death of my fiancé. More than two decades after that initial spark I was able to manifest the work that my heart wanted to do… to be of service to others who are suffering. A heart broken open is a heart that will find its way to goodness if you let it.
Windhorse was born from that desire… to find beauty and goodness. Being in circles, presence, team, relationship. It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but with kindness as our guide we are still here 25 years later… hopefully bringing a little more goodness into this troubled world.
My heart is heavy for our world today. We humans are bound to one another. Let’s hold hands and stay strong, and remember who we are when we take care of ourselves and each another.
